We use grade level as rule of thumb on where a kid should start. However, many factors come into play when it comes to exercising. Physical and mental maturity are all factors when it comes to working out as well as a desire on the part of the participant and parents. Due to the nature and risk of exercise and general physical activity, it is important that participants are not only capable but willing to take instruction. We ask that the parents also be supportive and discuss expectations with participants at home.

We start the process by doing a consultation with the parent and child.

We do not offer this option. Our training and classes are personalized to each individual. We encourage your family member to sign up for a free personal training session so that we can help them reach their fitness goals.

Once you have joined Raw Fitness, we will help you create an account and download our app where you can signup for personal training and group fitness classes.

We do not offer a childcare service nor do we have a childcare area for kids to play while you workout.

Absolutely, we started out as personal trainers and that is our trademark service. Signup for a free personal training session and consult so that we can tailor a program just for you.

All personal training sessions are by appointment and group fitness classes are based on per-registration (limited spaces available per class).

We have different membership packages that include and exclude services based on your goals, budget and training style. We offer group fitness classes, personal training, strength training and more.

Group Sessions meet at 5:30am, 4:30pm, and 5:30pm Mondays and Wednesdays, and 5:30am, 1:00pm, and 4:30pm on Fridays.

Group sessions can go between 50-55 minutes depending on the size of the group. Smaller groups can get done quicker than larger groups as logistics play a large role in the flow of the workout.

Private sessions can go between 45-50 minutes, depending on the client’s needs and schedule. Clients who have a tight schedule and need extra time for commuting or changing can get their workouts in quicker.
