Dance classes vs. dance fitness

CLASSES

 Designed for current and former dancers who want to refine their technique, expand their movement vocabulary, and dive deep into choreography. These classes focus on musicality, performance quality, and the artistic expression of dance. Participants will learn structured routines, explore different styles, and develop a deeper understanding of movement execution. 

DANCE FITNESS

 A high-energy, music-driven workout that blends dance-inspired movements with fitness elements. Perfect for those who love to move and sweat, these classes focus on cardio, endurance, and overall body conditioning rather than technical training. No dance experience is necessary—just come ready to have fun and feel the beat! 

Sounds & Motion Dance SERVICES

Come and learn dance musicality with Ashley where she will teach you how to hear, interpret, and move to music. She will break down moves so you can better time and isolate movements while being able to take the mood and emotive progression of the music and turn it into a physical form and performance.

Rhythm Roots

Seasonal program for kids, teens, and tweens. Get ready for an upbeat, exciting experience where your kids can explore the world of rhythm and movement in a fun, supportive environment. No experience necessary, just come ready to groove! Enroll below!

Beat Drop Workshops

Open to the public. Ideal for individuals looking to gain more experience and exposure to the Hip Hop style of dance. Check our schedule for details.

Squad in Motion

For teams or groups looking to just have fun and to learn the fundamentals of performing as a group.

 A dynamic, rhythm-filled workout that torches calories, improves endurance, and energizes your spirit. With vibrant music and dance-inspired moves, Zumba keeps you moving while shaping your body and boosting those endorphins! No dance experience required—just bring yourself and your passion to move along your fitness journey! 


Join the Party!

BarreBlend

 BarreBlend is a beat-based fusion of ballet-inspired movement, strength training, yoga, and Pilates. Using the barre for support, this class improves posture, balance, and flexibility while sculpting long, lean muscle. Low-impact and form-focused, it’s a perfect mix of strength and stretch.
