All personal training sessions are by appointment and group fitness classes are based on per-registration (limited spaces available per class). Please email or call to schedule your appointment.

Drop-ins are only allowed in our group fitness, circuit, and cycling classes. To ensure you are notified of cancellations, please book ahead through Mindbody.
No. All new training clients MUST go through our consultation process. Workouts are customized to individual ability to ensure safety.
We do not offer this option. Our training and classes are personalized to each individual. We encourage your family member to sign up for a consultation so we can help them reach their fitness goals.
We do not offer a childcare service nor do we have a childcare area for kids to play while you workout.
We have different membership packages that include and exclude services based on your goals, budget and training style. We offer group fitness classes, personal training, strength training and more.
